The feedback window offers an easy way to report problems to me or just tell me whatever you want. The data is compressed using 7zip to reduce the size of the upload.
On the right side you can select which data should be included in the upload. Depending on your problem you should include at least the error log, if you have trouble with the presentation include the datafile too and if something goes wrong with the tracking include the chat log. If you include the chat log it can happen that the overall upload size gets too big. In that case you have to delete parts of the chat log and try again.
